Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These standards apply to the Cuffplay app for Android and to cuffplay.com. Cuffplay is only for adults, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualization of minors.

1. Adults only

  • Cuffplay is for people 18 and older. The app is listed for adults only on Google Play.
  • Everyone gives a date of birth when creating an account, and confirms they are 18 or older before taking the test on the website. In the app we also check Google Play Age Signals at sign-in.
  • An account we find belongs to someone under 18 is closed straight away: its connections end and its data is deleted. A one-way hash stops the same sign-in from registering again for 6 months.
  • Content about age play or anything suggesting minors is not offered in the app, and the app has no image uploads.

2. What is prohibited

On Cuffplay, nobody may:

  • create, share, request or link to sexual content involving anyone under 18 — real, drawn or AI-generated;
  • sexualize minors in text, role-play, names or descriptions;
  • contact, groom, invite or try to meet anyone under 18, or help anyone else do so;
  • threaten or pressure anyone with intimate content (sextortion), or traffic or exploit anyone.

Breaking these rules means immediate and permanent removal, and a report to the authorities. See also our Terms of Service.

3. How to report

  • In the app: open the person's space or your settings and choose Report, then “Underage” (or the category that fits). You can block them at the same time.
  • By email: safety@cuffplay.com. You don't need an account to report.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. In the U.S. you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

Please don't send us copies of abusive images. Describe what you saw and where; we'll take it from there.

4. What we do

  • Every report about a minor is handled by a person and acted on within 24 hours.
  • We remove the content and close the accounts involved, and preserve what the law requires us to keep.
  • We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and to other authorities where the law requires.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement on valid legal requests about child safety.

5. Laws we follow

We comply with the child-safety laws that apply to us, including U.S. federal law on reporting CSAM (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and the laws of the countries where Cuffplay is offered.

6. Child-safety contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety, including for Google Play and law enforcement, is our Child Safety Lead, at safety@cuffplay.com.
