Terms of Service
Last updated: April 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cuffplay (the “Service”), operated by the Cuffplay team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cuffplay. We collect date of birth at signup and periodically re-verify age at our discretion. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. Accounts belonging to minors are permanently terminated on first detection and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at safety@cuffplay.com immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may use only one active account at a time. Operating multiple accounts to evade moderation, spam other members, or misrepresent yourself (including through AI-generated personas) is grounds for permanent termination.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or discriminate against any other member or person.
- Post or transmit sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content depicting real violence.
- Solicit or offer commercial sexual services (escort work, paid in-person meetings). Cuffplay is not a platform for sex work.
- Impersonate another person, including real practitioners you are not.
- Circumvent our moderation — including creating new accounts after a ban, or using automation/bots.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise systematically harvest data from the Service.
- Upload malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
4. Content you post
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been redistributed through messages to other members.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you post. Content that infringes third-party rights may be removed via our DMCA process.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may moderate, restrict, or remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion to enforce these Terms or to protect the community's safety. We aim to apply moderation consistently but we do not guarantee any specific decision or response time.
If your account is terminated, we may preserve data to the extent required by law or to cooperate with law-enforcement requests.
6. Paid features (future)
Cuffplay will offer optional paid features (Premium membership, credit packs). When paid features go live, a separate billing agreement will apply. All charges will appear under a neutral descriptor (currently planned: PREMIUM*KINKMEMBERS). You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account settings; cancelled subscriptions remain active through the end of the billing period.
7. Third-party services
We use third-party providers for chat infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing. Your data may be transmitted to these providers to the extent necessary to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Content on Cuffplay — including in our Guides section — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Consult a licensed professional for concerns in any of those domains.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuffplay and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cuffplay's operator is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
