Pair by private invite link
One of you creates a private link in the app and the other accepts it after signing in. Nothing is joined until they agree, and either of you can pause or end the connection at any time.

Each of you rates ideas privately
Rate each idea Interested, Curious, Not for me or Never. Your partner cannot see your answers, and nothing from your Map is shared until you decide what to include.

Only what you're both open to appears in In Common
Only what you're both open to, and both decided to share, shows up. They never see your No. Nothing one-sided appears, and there are no counts or scores that could be read backwards.

Never stays yours
"Never" is never shared or compared. A shared interest is a place to start a conversation. It is not consent and not a plan.

Rules and tasks start as proposals. Your partner can accept, ask for a change or decline, and declining carries no penalty. Points and rewards are optional and start only when both of you agree.

What it costs
Nothing. Cuffplay is a free, private web app for adults, and there is no paid tier. It runs in your browser at cuffplay.com/app.
You can also use the kink checklist on your own first, with no account at all. Its answers stay in your browser; in Cuffplay you each answer in private and only what you're both open to shows up.
Common questions
Can my partner see what I said no to?
No. Only ideas you both chose and both decided to share appear in In Common. Anything one-sided is invisible, and there are no counts or scores that could be read backwards to infer it. Never is never shared or compared.
What if we want different things?
That is the normal case, and the overlap is usually smaller than either person expects. Seeing it plainly gives you somewhere concrete to start instead of guessing. A shared interest is not consent and not a plan.
Do I need an account to try anything?
No. The Kink Test is free and anonymous, with no email needed to see your result. A free account keeps the result in your private Map and lets you pair with a partner.
Is this a dating app, and can we message each other?
It is not a dating app: there is no discovery, no public profiles, and no way to find strangers. Cuffplay works for two people who already know each other. Once you are paired you can use a private partner chat.
